Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them, fully sealed and in sellable condition. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at info@thedockyardcompany.com . We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened items – only fully sealed products are eligible for return.

  • Custom or made-to-order items.

  • Sale items, mystery boxes, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or because it was not collected from the delivery depot, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we do not receive a response, we will refund the order minus the shipping fee, as the postal service charges us for return postage.
