UK shipping – for our ecommerce store we aim to dispatch within 3 working days, (Monday to Friday), regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracked 48: Usually arrives within 2–3 working days (fully tracked).
Please note these are estimated delivery times, not guarantees. Delays may occur during busy periods such as bank holidays, Black Friday, or Christmas.
Your tracking number or parcel reference will always be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please check this before contacting us, as your parcel may be waiting for collection at your local delivery office. If you still need help, feel free to get in touch.
