Our minimum wholesale order is one case (6 jars per case) per flavour. For larger foodservice tubs, minimums are set at 2 x 3kg tubs per order. We are happy to discuss bespoke quantities for premium accounts or seasonal ranges.
Yes, we provide complimentary samples for prospective stockists so you can experience the quality and flavour profile before committing. Sample requests can be made via our stockist enquiry form.
Absolutely. We provide a digital asset library with logos, lifestyle images, and POS material to help you showcase our brand. We simply ask that you follow our brand guidelines when using our imagery.
Standard lead time is 7–14 working days for UK orders, with express delivery available on request. Seasonal or bespoke orders may require additional time.
We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Approved trade accounts may apply for 15-day terms. All invoices are itemised and sent electronically for your records.
Sample packs can be requested through our enquiry form and are dispatched within 5 working days. Larger sample requests for corporate tastings can be arranged with prior notice.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the affected goods. We will replace or credit damaged items. Returns of unopened cases are accepted within 14 days subject to prior agreement.
